With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Chris founded the agency in 2015 with a clear mission: to provide personalized, dependable service to every client. His deep industry knowledge and unwavering commitment to client care have shaped the agency’s reputation for excellence. Chris wears many hats—advisor, advocate, and agency leader—and he’s known for going the extra mile to ensure every policyholder feels supported and informed.

A recent graduate of the University of Louisville, Lydia earned her Degree in Marketing and Undergraduate Certificate in Sales in December 2025 — graduating a year and a half early! With 8 years of customer service experience, she’s passionate about making sure every client feels heard, cared for, and treated like family.
Whether you need help with your policy, have questions about coverage, or just need someone you can count on, Lydia is ready to help make the insurance process simple and stress-free.
When she’s not helping clients, you’ll probably find her:

Cole is a dedicated member of our sales team who brings enthusiasm, initiative, and a strong commitment to client service. Within his first year, Cole earned his Personal Lines Specialist Certification—a testament to his drive and ability to quickly master the diverse products offered by our carrier partners.
Cole supports both Personal and Commercial Accounts, helping individuals and businesses find tailored coverage solutions that meet their unique needs. Dallas is currently studying Exercise Science at Campbellsville University, where he also played basketball. He’s on track to graduate in the Spring of 2029 and is excited to spend the summer learning more about the insurance industry and helping serve our clients.
With a strong work ethic and team-first mindset, Dallas is eager to grow his knowledge and gain hands-on experience while supporting the First Resource team.
When he’s not in the office, you’ll probably find him:

💪 Weightlifting and exercising
