PRESIDENT & LEAD AGENT
Chris founded the agency in 2015 with 23 years in the insurance industry. He spends long hours each day ensuring his clients are taken care of as well as managing the agency. You can catch him at a UK or UL game when he's not in the office.
KIERSTEN KREMER
ACCOUNT & OFFICE MANAGER
Kiersten is likely the voice on the other end of the phone when you call into the agency. Though she is mostly responsible for managing all personal and commercial accounts, she wears many hats including digital marketing for the agency, customer service and office management.
COLE GREEN, PLCS
SALES AGENT
Cole is one of our sales agents who earned his Personal Lines Specialist Certification in just his first year. We are happy to have Cole as a member of the team as he is motivated, and has quickly learned about the products our carriers offer so he can better serve his clients. Cole handles sales in both Personal and Commercial Accounts.
MADDIE GRAFF
CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
Maddie recently joined First Resource as one of our CSRs. Maddie is working here at the agency part-time in the summer, but is a teacher at Sparrow Early Childhood Center in Lawrenceburg, KY throughout the year. Though teaching is her passion, she is quickly adapting to life here in the office. When Maddie isn't here at the office, she is playing with her two dogs, Roxie & Bella, or planning her wedding coming up in the fall.
EMILY MALLORY
CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
Emily is our newest member of the Service Team and is currently working to complete her Bachelors degree at the University of Kentucky. We are happy to have Emily helping us in the summer and during her breaks from school, and look forward to watching her grow and learn more about the insurance industry.
